How can we complete the Service now Administration Fundamentals/ CSA?

1. Go to the ServiceNow University portal.

2. Create an account.

3. Sign up for the Admin Fundamentals course.

4. Work your way through the course. 

5. Book the CSA exam through the same portal.

6. Sit the exam.

After logging in to ServiceNow University, you can proceed with the course and exam by referring to the link below.

Hi @ChetakA ,

1. Login to ServiceNow Now Learning

2. Enroll in ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals

3. Complete all modules, labs, and quizzes

4. Pass the final assessment

After you pass the final assessment, you become eligible for the CSA exam voucher.

• ServiceNow automatically issues the voucher

• Voucher appears in your Now Learning profile
  (sometimes it is sent by email also)

• Go to Webassessor

• Schedule the CSA exam

• Apply the voucher code during checkout

You receive the CSA exam voucher after successfully completing the ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals course and passing the final assessment. The voucher can then be used while booking the CSA exam in Webassessor.
