Can anyone advise on the domain service-nw.com? Is this related to/used by ServiceNow in any way? Looking at the domain registrar information I can see that this is quite an old registration (2018) and does not have similarities to the genuine service-now.com domain. Running the domain through DNSDumpster there are numerous company names listed as subdomains of service-nw.com but this simply may be a catch all DNS responder domain. Content wise it is just showing a standard 'related sites' holding/parked page. Is service-nw.com actually related to ServiceNow in any way?

Try the following site: https://lookup.icann.org/en/lookup And I doubt Servicenow has anything to do with it.

Thanks. I did look at the WHOIS information and did wonder but I have seen inconsistencies with organizations using different registrars for domains so thought I would ask given its age. As it is likely a typo-squatted domain, I'm just surprised to see it not being pursued via UDRP and claimed by ServiceNow. I guess you could say that perhaps it stands for Service North West or something but it's a prime candidate for use as a Phishing domain that could be used to target ServiceNow users in my opinion.
