Service Portal logout page setting

Hi community,

Anyone knows how I can configure Service Portal Logout page? Right now when user log out, they are taken to csm_index page, which I want to change it to the login page instead.

Hi @ChinchillaMoMo take a look at installation exit module under system defination, you need to modify logout redirect URL

Hi @Harish KM , I tried activate this setting, log out the re-login, instead of going to the home page, it went to below page, any idea why?

Hi @ChinchillaMoMo you need to specify your redirection URL by replacing the below.

If your company is using SSO then redirection must be set up like mentioned in below thread

This is my PDI only and therefore not using SSO.

Have tried to change the URL but that "The page you are looking for could not be found" page still shows.
