Hi, my 

Microsoft Teams Graph Spoke in my instance, does not install.

 

what  do I  need to do?

are you trying to install it in a PDI? If so, it's not possible:

If it is customer's environment, please share what is the issue or error message - install button not available, or is available but ends with errors... share some context please

These are paid plugins and we cannot access them in the PDI. You can test this only in your own company instance or in the customer instance.

Installation of Microsoft Teams Graph Spoke not available or supported on ServiceNow Personal Developer Instances (PDIs).

As a paid, licensed application via the ServiceNow Store, it requires customer enterprise instances. Attempting to install it in a PDI typically leads to installation failures or dependency errors
