The Infinit HHd is not in my practice lab instance.. Can anyone walk me through how to fix it so i can work on my lab tasks please?

It would help if you'd at least tell us the course/training you are doing.
And if there are no tasks telling you to install something yourself, create a Case on NowLearning, telling them that you Lab instance isn't loaded with all the needed config.

i am studying for the CSA Exam. currently on the servicenow Administration fundamentals - on Demand. there is an update set zip file to download which i did, tired updating it into my instance and it said the update has being deleted. on my lab test the HHD infinity for the lab test, i did not download it.
maybe if thr update set had updated i would have access to the HHD

Are you taking the ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals course? You create the application by following the Lab Activities (within Inkling) for modules 1-4. Most lab modules build on the previous labs. If you return to the course a break long enough you are needing a new instance, you will need to follow all lab modules from Lab 1.1.1 until the point you are at in the course, to be able to continue.
