hi
I have started the course ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals On Demand (Xanadu), in the course pages it talks about labs, but I cannot see anywhere to find the labs or the option to validate, as I did when completing the Welcome to ServiceNow course.
I have the instance working and have even uploaded the lab update to see if that would help, but still nothing.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
attached is a screenshot for the course presentation, where they talk about the labs.

As part of ServiceNow Administrator Fundamentals Course, lab tasks are not validated and you can go through video sections in corresponding modules to mark it completed. Lab tasks are for learning purposes only in this course and are not mandated as other courses.
If you face any difficulties in practicing lab tasks, you can also use import sets provided under section 'SNAF lab update sets' to go through and understand the configuration steps needed.
e-book that you refer for lab tasks are optional for this course and are not mandatory for completion
If this helped to answer your query, please mark it helpful & accept the solution.
Thanks,
Bhuvan

for clarity, there is no lab activity section in the course I can find, so cannot find a Validate button to confirm the work i have done.
In the video it states lab 1.3.1: Create incidents using classic lists and forms, etc but I don't actually see the labs section, see screen shot attached.
i had expected to see the labs in the list on the left, or at the top of the page.

Hi @damianjones
I think there might be some confusion. I hope you've completed the labs — that’s great!
From what I understand, once you complete the labs, the Validate button should appear. As Bhuvan mentioned, it might be optional, so you're good to go for now.

There is no validate option for the labs in this course - you just need to watch the videos for the course to register that you've seen them and you can follow the steps outlined in the eBook in your lab instance to get the hands on experience.

Ok, thank you for the response. So do you maybe know why after doing the all course I have only 74%? Do I have to pass the exam to have 100%? The last topic in the course "Certified System Administrator" is shown as optional.
