ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals on demand labs

hi

I have started the course ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals On Demand (Xanadu), in the course pages it talks about labs, but I cannot see anywhere to find the labs or the option to validate, as I did when completing the Welcome to ServiceNow course.

I have the instance working and have even uploaded the lab update to see if that would help, but still nothing.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

As part of ServiceNow Administrator Fundamentals Course, lab tasks are not validated and you can go through video sections in corresponding modules to mark it completed. Lab tasks are for learning purposes only in this course and are not mandated as other courses.

If you face any difficulties in practicing lab tasks, you can also use import sets provided under section 'SNAF lab update sets' to go through and understand the configuration steps needed.

e-book that you refer for lab tasks are optional for this course and are not mandatory for completion

80 % is the threshold to successfully complete trainings. with 80+ you will see a button to complete the training...

hi, passing the exam is not required, you need to watch all the videos and any that you have completed, will show a tick, so you will know they have been counted, any without the tick are ones it hasn't recorded as complete, so you will need to either rewatch the video, or allow the video to finish, as sometimes you may have exited before the video has actually completed.

There's no need to complete anything that shows as optional.

What I find is that sometimes it won't register when I have watched a video so first thing to do is to expand all sections and make sure that they have a tick next to them. If any don't, try watching the video again all the way to the end, and then give it a couple of seconds to register before moving on.

When you took the course under left side is an eBook. I believe that ServiceNow sends you a link to get your book library setup credentials. The eBook will have your lab instructions in them.

I too have gone through the CSA course and still need practice to bolster my knowledge for the CSA Exam. Are there any Micro-Certifications that you recommend I get to help find jobs WITHOUT the CSA Certification?

I would like to get real world experience with the application, so are there any training or scenarios available for practicing in my instance? Honestly, this is my first time breaking into this industry so handling "projects" is new for me. Worked for corporations before, but not in this manner.

Any assistance is appreciated! 😁
