Can the ServiceNow Learning badges and achievements become sharable to a LinkedIn profile?  Thank you!

Thanks for pointing that out @mclark05  You’re absolutely right, ServiceNow has now integrated with Credly which allows badges to be shared directly on LinkedIn. At the time of my comment, I wasn’t aware of this update, so I really appreciate you sharing the latest info along with the KB reference.

This is definitely helpful for many learners, and good to know that ServiceNow has made the process much smoother now. Thanks again for clarifying!

Hello @mclark05,

Yes, ServiceNow Learning badges can be shared on LinkedIn, especially if they’re issued through platforms like Credly, which offer a direct share option. Also, you can manually add the badge under LinkedIn’s “Licenses & Certifications” by entering the badge name, issuer (ServiceNow), and credentials if available.

Please refer the following article for instructions on how to complete the Credly opt-in and sharing process.

Please Mark Correct ✔️ if this solves your query and also mark Helpful 👍 if you find my response worthy based on the impact.

Shruti

Once you have enabled sharing with Credly your ServiceNow achievements should show something like this.

After that you can share the badges onto your LinkedIn or other social platforms from your Credly account.
