There are several sites like examprepper to Practice for CSA, but however I encourage you read the official e book Provided by ServiceNow thoroughly, & follow the CSA exam blueprint, This could be enough for you to clear the CSA exam

@there is no official practice test and I wouldn’t recommend you to rely on mock test found on the web, as they are known to have false positives. Rather utilize time on the official training material and learn the foundation.

@kunalpatil There are a plenty of mock tests available online, a simple Google search will lead you to those mock tests. You can refer to the questions for your preparation, but do not rely on the answers as the answers quoted on such sources are either incorrect or obsolete in context of the latest release.
