ServiceNow Integration Failure with External Applications,Platforms

Dear All,

 

We recently observed  Multiple integrations being failed connecting to the external environments, Applications and Platforms. Also we have observed recently multiple security patches deployed in our ServiceNow environments last month. Not sure if those are one of the reasons. 

Any input shared will be highly appreciated.

Based on the log snippets, this appears to be related to an outbound connection from ServiceNow to an external endpoint, as the errors reference SSL/TLS communication classes such as SSLSocketImpl, TransportContext, and TrustManager. This could indicate certificate, TLS, network, proxy, or endpoint-related issues. Additional details from the complete error stack trace would help identify the exact cause.
