Before starting ServiceNow Sys Admin , make sure you have completed "Welcome to Servicenow ".

Then complete complete your ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals  in now learning, 

At this phase ,you should be expert on platform navigation.

Hi @segieryan ,

First, you need to have some basic understanding of ServiceNow, for this, make sure to complete Welcome to ServiceNow - ServiceNow University.

Ater that, when you start working/practicing, try opening every record/module/table you want to open, in a new tab by using 'ctrl + click'. You can also try exploring SN Utils extension, install it on the browser, and when you press 'ctrl + /', it will open a small window at the top-left corner of the screen, enter table name/ sys_id of a record you want to open and press 'ctrl + enter' and it will open in the record in a new tab. It has commands i.e. unimp for end impersonation, etc.
