SNAF 18 hours 19 minutes course access

I have completed the SNAF Xanadu version (12 hours course). But when I try to enroll myself for the SNAF course which is for 18 hours 19 minutes, it does not let me enroll. It keep showing a message 'This content cannot be enrolled in directly'. I have also completed the Welcome to ServiceNow course which is a pre-requisite. 

Can someone help me here?

I think it is because you have already completed one - and/or this one is part of a specific journey? 

I don't think you have to attend multiple SNAF courses.

How about if I want to complete the other course too? Is there a way out?

Even before I attempted the Xanadu version, this course not letting me enroll myself. That is why I went ahead with the Xanadu one.

The reason is that you're enrolling in the mid-course, not the main or parent course. Please check if this course has a parent course; if it does, you need to enroll in that course first, and then it will automatically enroll you in the associated courses.
