I finally got tired of trying to build Knowledge documents without the full ribbon of options, specifically the indent and outdent. I found a document that advised to go into the system properties and in the glide.ui.html.editor.v5.toolbar I added the options I was interested in such as indent, outdent, codesample, anchor, blockquote.
I selected ignore cache and saved the record acknowledging this is a high-risk file and may create skipped records. I then logged out of the system and cleared my cache, logged back in. No changes to the ribbon. Ctrl-F5 with no changes. What am I missing? Do I need to edit dictionaries as well (this was mentioned in another post)?
