Transfer button for sourcing is disabled on hardware asset workspace

Hello, im facing a problem with the transfer button , it is disabled in the hardware asset workspace but it is activated in the back office for the same sourcing request

if you see the screenshot there is  no stock to tranfer, it more in data side.

No i have a stock, both screenshots are for the same sourcing task in backoffice it shows me that i have 18 in stock (and it is acctually true) but when i launch the  same sourcing task through the work space the transfer order option is greyed
