Unable to Access Flow to create Workflow studio flow from Scratch.

Hey, I am new to ServiceNow and working on Lab 5.3.1. creating a workflow studio from scratch.  I do not see flow on my instance.  I am getting this message. Only some automations are available. To access more of them, ask your admin to update your permissions.

Hi @osayiayinla 

It looks like it might be an instance issue or an outdated version of Workflow Studio. You can try the following:

  • Open the lab instance

  • Search for “Plugins” in the application navigation

  • Then search for “Workflow Studio”

Check if you see an Update or Repair option there. If you do, that could resolve the issue.

It might also be related to permissions—make sure you’re logged in as an admin. If not, try logging in as an admin in the lab instance or test with another user account.
