Unable to activate or configure Human Resources Scoped App: Core

When, I click on the configure button, I get the error message: This page doesn't exist. Please check your URL and try again!
Can anyone help please?
I am using a Dev instance.

Hi @IgnatiusMW,
do you have the URL (copy only what follows after .com/ ) and/or the exact plugins name? I will try it in my end.
Perhaps there are some prerequisites, in ServiceNow sometimes logging out and in again solves the issue, try that, eventually be sure you have admin rights.
