Exporting a Report in XLSX or CSV format

I created some list reports under All> Reports and would like to export the results to XLSX or CSV format. But the only option available is "Export to PDF". Is there a setting that controls the availability of these options? If so, where can I configure it?

Hi @Christopher Sik ,

 

There are 2 ways to achieve this:

  1. Manually right click on one of the columns in your report it will give you an option to export via Excel,CSV,etc..DanishBhairag2_0-1695065029942.png

     

  2. Another way would be to schedule the report from sharing option, while scheduling it will ask you in which format you want it...

Hi Danish, #2 in you reply is the area I need assistance with. Is the Scheduled Report option the only way to export for a format other than PDF in this area? Is there a way to add other options to the Share menu like Export to XLSX, Export to XLS, and Export to CSV. Perhaps a plugin or system property needs to be added or turned on as I have seen these options listed in documentation I have come across. And while these documents do a fair job of explaining how to use these menu options, they do not explain how to add them to the menu to start with. That's the question I'm hoping the community can help me answer. Thanks!

This video explains how to export from a table. But I'm looking for instructions on configuring export options from the All > Reports area. Specifically, options to supplement the Export to PDF option there with other options like Export to XLSX, Export to XLS, and Export to CSV.
