Good morning,
I am trying to close two overdue customer actions that are showing in Security Center. However the underlying tasks have already been completed or cancelled.
The affected records are stored in the sn_critical_update table on both dev and prod instances. Each record can be opened however the fields I need to update are set to read-only like this:
As I have the admin and security_admin roles I switched to the latter and reloaded the form. No change to the state of the fields I need to update.
Is there any other way to complete those actions? Else I suspect I will need to log case to HI Support.
Thanks,
David

Repair the Security Center plugin (if possible) or log a case with NowSupport. If you can no longer check on the steps, you aren't able to close them.

You also need to close it as a whole (I had the same). You need to mark each step as complete and after that, a complete button appears at the top right of the page. You also need to click that, even though you have already completed each separate step.

Hi Mark,
Unfortunately, in this case the steps for each action have also disappeared:
Thanks,

Hi Mark,
Thanks for the suggestion. The repair hadn't made any difference so have logged a case to SN Support.
Regards,
David
