Unable to find attachment from sys_attachment table

HI @Everyone,

Unable to find attachment from sys_attachment table.

Requestor has created an article and pasted a print screen image in article's body.

Ideally it should be saved in sys_attchment table, but its not saved there, also not attached in paper clip in article.

and visible in article's body but only author can see that image in article's body, rest all users are not able to see it.

Please help me why it is happening.

it looks to me like an access issue.

did you recently upgrade?

from when did you start facing this issue?
