Does anyone know how to reset a developer instance password, without the previous password or admin password.
Error
User name or password invalid. To reset your admin password click here. Please note this is different than the credentials

Hi @tanwa
1. Click on the link you've been provided and log into the developer site. (Note: your developer login credentials are not the same as the credentials you use to log into your PDI.)
2. After logging into your developer account, click on the icon in the top-right corner, then navigate to 'Manage instance password' as per the attached screenshot.

Hi @tanwa Please follow below step.
1.Go to developer.service-now.com and click on your profile it will display option , in that click on 'Manage instance password' .

after click there manage password
