I have completed all the required courses to register for the CSA exam. However, when I attempt to register, I am being asked to make a payment of USD 300. My teammates, who completed the same required courses, were able to register for the exam free of charge after successfully meeting all the course requirements.
Could you please help me understand why the exam fee is being applied to my registration and advise on the next steps?
