CSA Exam Registration

I am unable to register for CSA exam using my learning credit. Please, advise.

Hi @femifeel12 ,

ServiceNow Learning Credits cannot be used directly to pay for the CSA exam.

1.First, use the credits to enroll in the CSA admin course in Now Learning.

2.After enrollment, an exam attempt (voucher) is automatically issued.

3.Schedule the CSA exam through Webassessor using the same email ID.

4.If the exam shows a payment page, it means the exam voucher was not generated or emails don’t match

I wanted to inform you that Now Learning was renamed to SN University quite a while ago and both vouchers and Webassessor have been retired in November 2025. Please be aware of that change
