Hi @SambitRath ,
As an Admin, you need to find exactly which ACL is preventing the user from viewing the dashboard visualizations for lacking report_view ACL.
Debug it using Access Analyzer or System Diagnostics > Session Debug > Debug Security Rules.

It literally states the ACL you are missing. And since you already have the info that it's an ACL, you can use access analyzer for this.

looks like the table has report_view ACL and user doesn't satisfy that
please check the ACL and see what's role added and add that to that user
