A user has itil role still can not see report created on incident

Hi Team,

 

A user has 'itil' role and report is shared to him still he can not see report created on incident table. - still showing error 

 

'report  only visible to specific user or group'

 

What can be the possible issue here.

Please share the report with that user. Since the report was created by a specific user for a specific purpose, it must be shared if other users need to view it.

Hi @Obito ,
Please share the report with him and also check parally any ACL present on Incident table for itil role for "report_view" operation.

Verify report_view Access: The itil role is often not enough if there is a report_view ACL restricting access. The user might need additional roles or a specific report_view ACL created for the incident table.
