Hi @Sid_Takali  I have checked the filter activity as well,the additional comments field is already present there.Is there any possibility to find?

Please check if there is any query business rule.

Please check the form layout->workspace view of the relevant table and add worknotes or additional comments if missing. OOTB for Total rewards table "sn_hr_core_case_total_rewards" it is not added.
