Variables disappear from RITM

Morning everyone
I have a weird scenario today. Variables disappear from the RITM in the service catalog. I attach a screen recording It shows at first, but about 20 seconds into the recording you can see, when I open the record, the information is shown for a second or so and then disappears.
I would appreciate any assistance. I checked previous answers which helped others. There was one from Ankur Bawiskar which mentioned that client scripts and UI policy scripts should not run on RITM form. That is not applicable cause I haven't touched any script or policy for a few months and it only started happening yesterday. The funny thing is, it does not happen to all RITMs?

HI,
The reply what you read earlier is in the right direction. There could be Catalog Client scripts / Catalog UI policies as well that are running on the specific catalog item and RITMs created for that. Or it could be UI Policies/Client script on sc_req_item table.
The fact that it shows and then disappears tells us that it is a client side script that is hiding it, which runs on or after form load.
