Ho guardato il video e l'ho trovato molto istruttivo! Ho apprezzato l'introduzione a vari moduli ServiceNow come ITSM, GRC, HRSD e CSM. Particolarmente utile è stata la spiegazione sulla gestione integrata del rischio e sulla gestione della continuità operativa. Anche i dettagli sull'architettura multi-istanza e sulle opzioni di backup e ripristino erano molto chiari. Ottimo lavoro!
