Hello @rameshmaddi ,
You can refer to the following link for more details on ServiceNow Configure, Price, and Quote (CPQ) in Sales and Order Management: https://www.servicenow.com/content/dam/servicenow-assets/public/en-us/doc-type/resource-center/data-...
And yes you can practice ServiceNow CPQ on your PDI by installing sales and order Management plugins
Hope this helps. Please mark this response as Helpful if it addresses your question.

Hi @rameshmaddi ,
Thank you for your question.
ServiceNow CPQ is our Configure, Price, Quote solution built on the Now Platform and part of SOM (Sales and Order Management). We acquired Logik.io in 2025, and their configurator technology is now the foundation of our CPQ offering. The link in Singh Manish's post is outdated; you can learn more about the new CPQ offering via this path on ServiceNow University or by watching one of the demos.
Unfortunately, the new ServiceNow CPQ isn't available for practice instances at this time. As the tech lead for CPQ at ServiceNow, I can confirm it's not included in the Personal Developer Instance (PDI) program, so you won't be able to activate it in a free instance. This may become available at a future date.
If you need a practice environment, your best option is to connect with your ServiceNow account team about potential sandbox access.
Best,
Chris
