Hi @TinaZhou , The best way to learn is by getting your PDI (Personal Developer Instance) on the developer site and start practicing the Fundamentals. For all official training and certifications, Now Learning is your go-to platform.
For the technical side, focus on JavaScript first. Picking up HTML, CSS, and AngularJS will also help a lot later on.
I’d recommend starting with ITSM as your base. Once you master that, it’s much easier to branch out into CSM or HRSD.
