I’m evaluating whether to use native ServiceNow AI capabilities such as Predictive Intelligence, AI Search  etc versus building or integrating custom ML models for specific use cases.

Specifically:

  • In what scenarios do native AI features fall short from an accuracy, flexibility, or scalability perspective?

  • Are there data volume, data quality, or domain-specific constraints that typically justify a custom ML approach?
