Hi everyone,
I'm working through the ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals training, and I'm stuck on Lab 1.3.1 – Create incidents using core lists and forms.
I've completed the required steps, but the lab validation continues to fail. I've verified that:
- The incident was created successfully.
- The required fields were completed.
- The incident is assigned to the correct assignment group.
- The incident appears in My Groups Work.
Has anyone experienced this issue or knows if there are any commonly missed steps in this lab?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi @EvaristusA
Are you referring to the impersonation with the correct platform user? Please check that first. If the issue still persists, share more details about your instance along with the error screenshot.

Hi Dr Atul, thank you for your support. I later found the location of the Lab files. An email with instructions for accessing the files had been sent to me, and I am grateful for your help and support.

Hello Dr. Atul, I'm experiencing the same problem as EvaristusA—I can't locate the instructions for lab 1.2.1 and 1.2.3, and the video tutorial moves too quickly. Please help.
