Where can I find the lab files for the ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals course?

Hi everyone,

I'm working through the ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals training, and I'm stuck on Lab 1.3.1 – Create incidents using core lists and forms.

I've completed the required steps, but the lab validation continues to fail. I've verified that:

• The incident was created successfully.
• The required fields were completed.
• The incident is assigned to the correct assignment group.
• The incident appears in My Groups Work.

Has anyone experienced this issue or knows if there are any commonly missed steps in this lab?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi @EvaristusA 

Whenever task validation fails for any course's lab instance, go through the validation instructions from the beginning and verify each step one by one.

In most cases, you'll be able to identify and resolve the issue yourself.
