Hello @AhrenR ,
Looks like you’re really enjoying the ServiceNow Community — three questions in less than 24 hours! I have to admit, I wasn’t that active when I started, so you’re definitely ahead of the game.😉
Since you’re on a roll, here’s something I wish I had known earlier: check out this article — 10+ Tips for Writing a Quality Community Question. It’s a quick read, packed with solid tips to help you get faster and better answers (and save yourself some typing along the way).
And if you take just one thing from it, let it be this absolute gem:
‘Mark Helpful’ – If someone’s answer does the trick, don’t forget to hit the Helpful or Correct button. Not only does it sprinkle some well-deserved points around (gotta share the love 💚), but it also closes your question out and helps the next person find answers faster. Along with marking responses helpful, you can also accept one or more responses as accepted solutions if you feel they truly answered your question. And if multiple replies helped you from different angles, it’s perfectly fine to mark several responses as accepted solutions too. Give it a try on your posts—maybe even this one? 😉 (Of course, only mark the responses that are genuinely helpful!)
Keep the questions coming & Keep exploring and having fun with ServiceNow—the Community’s here for exactly that.
🔹 Please mark ✅ Correct if this solves your query, and 👍 Helpful if you found the response valuable.
Best regards,
Aniket Chavan
