Community Week Capsules: Record a video, earn a badge, and win a gift card!

Community Week is here, and we couldn’t be more excited to celebrate with you!
One of the highlights of the week is our Community Week Capsules, a fun, interactive video experience right on the Community Week webpage. Creating a Capsule video earns you a Community Week badge, and enters you into the running to win a gift card!

So, what are Capsules?
Capsules are quick, 15-second (or longer) videos where you answer a fun, ServiceNow-related question of your choice. It’s your chance to share your story, show off your creativity, and be featured on the Community Week page!
Here’s how to join in:
- Click the “Record a video” button on the Community Week page (or click right here).
- You’ll be guided through picking a question, recording your video, and adding your details.
- Important: Use the same email tied to your ServiceNow Community account so we can connect your submission.
- Submit your Capsule, and you’re in!
Feeling festive? If you’re in the Halloween spirit, feel free to wear a costume in your video. It’s totally optional, but we’d love to see your costumes!
Throughout the week, we’ll be featuring your videos across the page, so check back often to see if your face pops up!
What’s in it for you?
By submitting a Capsule, you’ll get two rewards:
- A Community Week Crew badge added to your Community profile within a few weeks after Community Week ends.
- A chance to win a $10 gift card! Fifty winners will be randomly selected from all submitted videos.
The cutoff for entries is Friday at 11:59 p.m. PST, so don’t wait! Hit record and join the fun!

Official Rules & Disclosures
Open to all ServiceNow Community members, regardless of age or location, unless prohibited by local laws, employer policies, or other restrictions. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. To enter, submit a Community Week Capsule video via the official submission link using the email address associated with your ServiceNow Community account. One email address = one entry. Multiple videos will not equate to multiple entries. Fifty winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries to receive a $10 gift card. Winners will be notified via email within two weeks of the event’s conclusion.
Rights & Permissions
By submitting a video, you grant ServiceNow a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce your submission for promotional purposes, including but not limited to Community Week highlights and future marketing materials. Submission of a video constitutes agreement to these terms.
