if someone has a FAIL status in a couple of attempts during the same day, he can't retake it unless a 4 attempts ? 

There is someone that can help in order to get the " Coupon/Voucher Code: " instead of paying a 25$ ? because we guess that 4 attempts weren't achieved, and the person should has the possibility to complete the Delta exam for as Free charge
