Hi, I am Tessa. I work for Solugenix Corporation - a ServiceNow partner based out of Orange County, CA. I work exclusively with the CSM module as a pre-sales Solutions Consultant. I have also run the engagement portion for 2 implementations of CSM with Field Service and PA. I have really enjoyed working with a customer who runs managed services for customer support in the retail IT industry, because they had a really deep understanding and appreciation for both the technology and for customer service, and how they come together!
