Hi @sneelapu, I have the same question as @mishu. What is your source for the information you've asserted?
Your post is written as if it came from ServiceNow ("we are introducing a delta exam process...") but it doesn't appear that you're a ServiceNow employee, and I haven't come across anything from ServiceNow that sounds anything like what you've posted.
Based on how chaotic and seemingly greedy ServiceNow has become with their certification program, I find it unlikely they would offer free anything related to certifications, unless you count the "free" voucher you get when you pay $2,000 for a training course. 😕
I would not be surprised, however, if they changed their course and direction yet again, without adequately communicating the new changes. That part seems to be the recurring theme for 2018, and wouldn't be surprising at all. 😞
In any case, please provide the source for your information. Or if anyone from ServiceNow happens across this post, would you please either confirm or deny what sneelapu has posted?
