- What you are searching on Now Community and Now Support
- Which Knowledge Base articles you are reading

5 tips to make the most out of Answer Workspace:
1. Access the Answer Workspace from anywhere in the Now Community. A red dot lets you know if you have new or unread recommendations.
2. Engage with selected Community questions without leaving Answer Workspace
3. If there are recommended questions you no longer wish to see, click on the ‘x’ icon next to the question in the left pane to remove them. Questions you have not viewed yet will be indicated by a blue dot on the left side.
4. Uncheck the “recommended” checkbox at any time to browse all un-replied Community questions.
5. View recommended questions in the Content List on the main Community homepage. Access it by setting “Content Type” to “Questions” and making sure “Recommended” is checked.
