How do I contact ServiceNow to attend the Administrator Training in Toronto

There is an Administrator Training course available in Toronto from March 24 - 26, 2015. I called CTC who are listed as the course organizers. I called them to register and was told to contact ServiceNow directly as only the facility has been booked for the training. Does anyone know how I should proceed.
Also I am self paying for this course as I do not have a company to pay for my tuition. Any suggestion how I can get some better rates on the course cost. I am new to ServiceNow and want to get a better understanding of the solution.

Wow !! Thank you Lord. I have sent them an email and am trying to do a self study of Service Now. I have a link to download the demo version and will play around with it before I attempt an exam. Any help is appreciated.
