Okay SNUG members... survey results are in so it's time to debrief and address some of the feedback/comments. Overall, feedback was great and we want to give a special shout out once more for our customer speakers and sponsors that supported the event this year - AlcorTech, HOOPP, and CBI Health.
We had some feedback around customer speakers, specifically seeing repeat customers on stage and asking for some more variety.
Answer: We LOVE variety - and we love customer volunteers! Each time we advertise an upcoming SNUG, we do a few calls for customer stories. Transparently, HOOPP and CBI Health were the only customers that put their hands up. SNUGS are a customer-centric event, and we run them because we want to hear from YOU... and so does everyone else. We had some great feedback on the food and beverage, and some were not completely satisfied.
Answer: The food is provided by the venues preferred caterer, which is O&B (Olive and Bonacini group). We do our best to provide a variety, and cater to all dietary restrictions.
Feedback: Not enough signage
Answer: Good to know! We will up our signage game next time.
Feedback: Not enough time for the workshop.
Answer: Noted and heard! We are in the works of figuring out how we can instances over to everyone, and have them ready to go when we start.
All in all, another successful User Group.
Going forward into 2024 in beyond, we will be executing just ONE User Group per year. We feel it makes sense to have our SNUG take place in the first few months of the year, followed by World Forum in the Fall.
