Administration Fundamentals On Demand Lab 7.1

I am working on the Administration Fundamentals On Demand Lab 7.1. The very first task is to prepare a form. It says:
1. Prepare the Manufacturer form (All > Organization > Manufacturers, then Configure > Form Layout):
Add Contact field to the form on the tip right of the form.
I'm not sure which form it means or how to get there. I of course was able to navigate to the manufacturers table, but I'm clueless how to continue. I'm just stuck here until I figure it out.

Section 1: Prepare forms
1.
All > Organization > Manufacturers ===> Open any ===> Menu > Configure > Form Builder ===> Drag "Contact" field from the left side and drop it on the top right of the form
2.
All > Service Offerings ===> Open any ===> Menu > Configure > Form Builder ===> Drag "Manufacturer" field from the left and drop it under the "Vendor" field
3.
All > Incidents > All (or open from your Favorites) ===> Open any ===> Menu > Configure > Form Builder ===> Click on "Add a field in the table" > Complete and Save ====> Drag "Escalate to manufacturer" field from the left and drop it under the "Assigned to" field
Do the same with "Manufacturer contact" field
