I have completed the ServiceNow Administration and just started the Administration Fundamentals/CSA course. THe first course (Welcome) was fantastic. The interactive learning and the "validate task" was great. The new Fundametals couse seems to be just a collection of "very" fast paced videos. I am not finding them useful or educational as they just skip over so much so quickly. There are mentions of Labs but no instructions. Maybe in an eBook? Am I doing something wrong?
BTW there are 2 "ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals/CSA couses to choose from that are in English. One has (Xanadu) on the end of it. The durations are quite different 12 vs 18 hours. I was unable to try the 18 hour non Xanadu course as I get a message stating "This content cannot be enrolled in directly". What is the difference between the two Admin Fundamentals couses? I am not needing the AI features at this stage.

As best I can understand it the two coursers use a different format. The Sytem Administration Fundamentals uses a book format to guid you through the steps with videos in the online training manual. It was not clear what order to do the video/book but I found that the video acted as a review of the content I had just read. I watched the video of the Lab before doing the lab as it gave me an overview of what I was about to do.
As for the second part of my question I think the Xanadu is the only course available at this time (June 2025). Ready for my exam tomorrow 🙂

I have the same problem. The only course that I can enroll to is the Xanadu one without any labs. The other course (the longer one - around 18 hours) appears on the list but I can't start it.
