Advice choosing the right certification course HRSD

Hye guys,

 

I joined an implementation project of the HRSD module of ServiceNow last year where I 'promoted' quite quickly. I joined just as a tester, then became a functional analyst and since half a year now I am the application owner of the HRSD module.

 

I lack some technical background and therefore was looking for a certification course which should enable me to be able to challenge the development team and on the other hand the business, better.

 

 

As of now I see the system administrator and/or the implementer course as a possibility. 

 

You should know that me myself I'm performing a purely functional job. 

 

Any advice you could give?

Hi @gejoom 

Start with HRSD Fundamentals and then go for advanced.

 

In parallel,  do course like Flow Designer and CMDB micro which help you to get more understanding about platform.
