Are all micro-certifications eligible to be published on credly?

Are all micro-certifications ought to be published on credly? is there a way to do this, I see just 2 of my micro-certifications on my credly page, can't remember if I published them there, but I also have some more here at the university but not coming up on credly, why is this?
