App Engine Studio - Validity of the company code question

Does anyone know how I could get this step completed, it's asking me for a validity of the company code.  It does this every time I click on submit. 

This is all a mock-up app I created, I am my own admin, it's a made up email, still don't know how to get passed this.

Are you trying this in PDI ? if yes then sorry you cant move forward but if you are trying official or client instance then raise HI ticket to get support.

I have the same error and I am in the DEV Non-Production Instance (not my PDI) within a pipeline I setup with Testing and Production Instances.
