Application Development Fundamentals On Demand – Zurich Version Progress Not Updating After Course

We are facing an issue with the "Application Development Fundamentals On Demand" course.

On June 1, we received an email stating that the course status had been changed to "Retired - Incomplete". After that, the course was no longer visible in the Assigned Learning section of our learning account.

Before the course was retired, we had already completed around 80% of the Zurich version. We searched for the course again and enrolled through the available link. However, when attempting to access the newly enrolled Yokohama version, the system displays a message stating that we must terminate the previous Zurich course instance before continuing.

We do not want to terminate the Zurich instance because we have already completed a significant portion of the course. We would like to continue and complete the Zurich version using our existing progress.

Additionally, the progress in the Zurich version is no longer updating. Even after watching the remaining videos, the completion percentage does not increase and the course does not move to the completed state.

Could you please advise whether our Zurich course instance can be restored and the progress tracking issue resolved? We would like to continue with the Zurich version rather than terminate it and restart the course in the Yokohama version.

We would also like to know whether this issue will affect our course completion status or eligibility for any related assessments or exams.

The best approach is to log a new learning case under the Help Centre and follow the step-by-step guidance provided there.
