Introducing ServiceNow Jumpstart: Certified System Administrator Pathway
Developed with Lumify Work, ServiceNow Jumpstart: Certified System Administrator Pathway is a five-week program that blends:
- ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals online learning for flexibility
- Live expert-led sessions for deeper understanding
- A hands-on capstone project to apply your skills
This program is ideal for anyone looking to strengthen their ServiceNow expertise — whether you’re new to the platform or looking to formalize your experience.
Participants will:
- Build a solid foundation in Administration Fundamentals
- Gain practical, real-world experience through guided projects
- Learn directly from ServiceNow-certified coaches
- Prepare confidently for the Certified System Administrator (CSA) exam
- Join a growing community of learners and professionals across the region
