CAD Exam Not Showing in Pearsonvue (No Pre-Approved Exams)

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to schedule my ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) exam, but when I click “Schedule now,” I’m redirected to the exam dashboard where it shows:

“You do not have any pre-approved exams at this time.”

I have already registered for the exam, but it doesn’t appear in my account.

Could anyone help me understand:

  • Do I need to wait for voucher activation?
  • Is there any required training I might be missing?
  • Or could this be an account sync issue?

 

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Hi @anshulsi 

 

1. Just Check 

  • Log in to Now Learning.
  • Go to Profile > Credentials.
  • Ensure the "Application Development Fundamentals" course is marked as 100% complete.

2. Try to login in Incognito/InPrivate browser and check.

3. If nothing works,Raise a case to Now Learning support within Servicenow University . They will help you to schedule your exam.
