CAD Exam Not Showing in Pearsonvue (No Pre-Approved Exams)

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to schedule my ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) exam, but when I click “Schedule now,” I’m redirected to the exam dashboard where it shows:

“You do not have any pre-approved exams at this time.”

I have already registered for the exam, but it doesn’t appear in my account.

Could anyone help me understand:

  • Do I need to wait for voucher activation?
  • Is there any required training I might be missing?
  • Or could this be an account sync issue?

 

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Hi @anshulsi ,

If you have Registered(which means you have paid for the exam), then it should must appear in pre-approved exam, If it's not appearing than then you should raise a case via ServiceNow University, 

Your issue will be surely resolved 🙂

I think so if it's pre-approved then you might have already completed your payment for the exam. If it's not reflecting in the exams section. Raise a case in the Help Center with all the proofs & screenshots attached.
