My initial response explained why you’re unable to book the exam between the 16th and 22nd. Now, coming to this point — yes, 2-3 questions might change, but the rest will remain the same. There's nothing much to worry about. Just go through the eBook or training material again.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

16th to 22 july is a black out window. You will not be able to schedule your exam in this duration. Either schedule it prior to the maintenance window or prepare for the exam keeping the latest release in consideration. Also, the syllabus won't change much. Make yourself aware with the latest features introduced in the release and you will be good to appear for the exam.

Hi,
It wont change massively, just go through the release notes of Yokohama version and also check the CAD delta preparation guide and you will be good.
